Mike is currently developing a new service.
He is working with a business and a very large organisation to develop their own bespoke improvement tool.
Through a variety of techniques he works with leaders to establish what good looks like. He then creates their bespoke tool with all the features of his school leader development tool.
The trails of this service are going exceptionally well.
When Mike is confident that everything is in place, he will offer this service more widely.
