Mike does not inspect. He uses what he calls ‘supported self-evaluation’ to enable leaders to identify organisational strengths and developmental need.
He then guides them in addressing the identified need.
His work is underpinned by the principle of building capacity within the organisation to improve itself, so reducing dependency on others.
